Mode of Admission

Registration and Admission to classes Nursery and LKG starts from 16th January, 2023. Age limit for the child seeking admission is 3 plus as on 31st March, 2023 It is compulsory to attach the following documents:-
1. Two passport size photographs of the child.
2. Photostat copy of Date of Birth certificate issued by Municipal Corporation. (No affidavit will be accepted.)
3. Photocopy of parent’s highest qualification certificate.
4. Photocopy of Category Certificate if not general.
5. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of the Child.
(All the particulars given in Aadhaar Card should match with the birth certificate) at the time of registration.

Registration for admission to class +1 is done in the first week of February. Admission is granted purely on merit basis after an entrance test.
The entrance test for students seeking admission to other classes is conducted depending on the availability of seats.

    • Re- Admission

    Re-admission depends entirely upon the discretion of the Principal and the availability of the seat. Students whose names have been struck off due to non payment of school dues or long absence from the school can be allowed re-admission. In such a case re-admission fee and other dues are to be paid.

    Withdrawals

    In case a student wants to withdraw his/her name from the school rolls then he/she has to apply at least 30 days in advance. Otherwise tuition fee for one quarter is to be paid to get S.L.C. Security amount will be refunded only if the application is made at the time of withdrawal of the student or within one month of the declaration of board results.



  • Every student is expected to maintain at least 75% attendance during the year, failing which they may not be allowed to appear in the Final Examination

  • For any absence, a proper application (on the prescribed leave application form attached in this diary) must be sent by the parents. A long sick leave application should be supported by a medical certificate.
    • It is said that our own inner self is the most vocal spectator of our personality. The school is a place where students are trained & educated to develop themselves as good citizens. The following code of conduct is applicable to them.
    Do's :
  • The students should be regular and come to the school in clean and tidy school uniform.
  • The school day begins with the assembly prayer which all the students have to attend.
  • The students must develop the habit of forming a queue
  • They must help in keeping the classroom and the campus clean. They should not scatter bits of paper on the floor. They should remove these, if they find any.
  • They should be active participants in every school activity.
  • If they find anything belonging to the school or to other students, they should deposit it in the office
  • They should read newspapers and magazines regularly.
  • Conversation in English is compulsory in the school.
    • Don'ts :
  • Don't run and shout in the school corridors.
  • Do not use abusive language.
  • Do not come late to the school.
  • Use of mobile phone & wearing any ornaments are not allowed in the school campus.
  • Do not miss the classes unnecessarily.
  • Do not avail leaves without any concrete reason.
  • Do not apply hair gel or any cosmetics or mehndi.
  • Avoid funky hairstyles.
  • Students should not scribble, carve names or damage the school furniture, charts, walls etc.
